Clients are granted usage rights upon full payment for the project. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property without permission is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to Bald Man Marketing. You will also be responsible for reviewing, approving, and providing timely feedback on deliverables throughout the project. Any delays caused by the client in providing feedback or materials may affect project timelines.
6. Cancellations and Terminations
Either party may terminate an ongoing project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all completed work and any associated costs up to the date of termination. Any non-refundable deposits or payments as outlined in the service agreement will not be returned.
7. Liability
Bald Man Marketing is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services, but we will work diligently to meet agreed-upon goals.
